Your adventure begins with a scenic drive from Kathmandu to Dhunche, the gateway to Langtang region. From Dhunche, you start trekking along gentle forested trails passing through small villages and terraced fields. This day is perfect to warm up your legs and enjoy views of the surrounding hills. Overnight stay at Deurali teahouse.
Altitude: 2600m Trekking: Gentle ascent; 3–4 hours of trekking through forested paths and village trails.Trek uphill through pine and rhododendron forests, passing traditional Tamang villages. Visit the ancient Buddhist monastery, Shin Gompa, and experience local culture. Enjoy panoramic mountain views along the way. Overnight stay at Chandanbari teahouse.
Altitude: 3300m Trekking: Moderate uphill; 5–6 hours trekking through forests and village paths.Ascend to the sacred alpine lake, Gosaikunda (4,380 m), known for its crystal-clear waters and stunning surrounding peaks. Spend time exploring the lake and nearby ponds, and enjoy breathtaking Himalayan scenery. Overnight stay at teahouse near Gosaikunda.

Cross Lauribina Pass (4,610 m), enjoying panoramic views of Langtang Lirung, Ganesh Himal, and surrounding peaks. Descend to Ghopte, passing alpine meadows and yak pastures. Overnight stay at Ghopte teahouse.
Altitude: 4610m Trekking: Challenging ascent and descent; 7–8 hours trekking.(Option 1: Descend gradually through scenic valleys, forests, and traditional villages. Relax after the high pass while enjoying local culture and landscapes. Overnight stay at Kutumsang or next village.)
